Need JWT on FULLNODE_API_INFO ENV variable to enable write on Lotus API Gateway

Adding JWT to the beginning of FULLNODE_API_INFO ENV variable is a requirement for the Lotus API Gateway to recognize . That isn’t documented anywhere for the Gateway specifically, only for SP
