Describe

As early as the merge of: #7043

Fixed by: #7110

As long as Arenas are a direct part of the binary, the behavior of the "southwalk" bug should be implemented as a feature while in Arena levels. Consensual PVP between players where any are able to deal physical damage >= 50 becomes impossible and renders the function of the Arenas inert for practical purposes. If the Arenas are extracted to a Lua mod, then this behavior should leave the binary with it. I believe this is a critically needed change prior to 1.6.0 for PVP to be viable, else players will effectively be forced to downgrade to 1.5.5 for PVP.

This change is equally as crucial (if not more) as the diagonal walk bug that was added back as a feature to the Arena levels.

To Reproduce

2 players using a Sorcerer and Rogue enter the area. The match begins, and the Rogue, using a swiftness bow, begins attacking the Sorcerer. It becomes objectively impossible for the Sorcerer to perform any action. If the Sorcerer happens to be using a Fast Block shield, the Sorcerer can indefinitely block arrows, but the moment the player begins any action, this results in an indefinite hit recovery lock that cannot be escaped.
