Migration Does not work

I have been trying for hours to use this migration script. It is not parsing the arguments, none of the temp files get created, the remote_migrate function is called by migrate_remote. I have tried to bypass all the errors but every time I make it around one I run into another. 

Ubuntu 16.04 > 18.04
ee3 > ee4 already installed. 
SSH Keys installed. Sudo SSH HOSTNAME works fine.
